The SMUD Customer Service Center is a steel-framed five-building complex consisting of three- and four-story structures with precast concrete or stone exterior 
panels. A curved, multi-level pedestrian bridge and three-story, 250,000 SF circular lobby connect the buildings together. Total square footage is approximately 210,000 SF.
