Arthur E. Ross, S.E.

With over 50 years of structural engineering experience, Mr. Ross has provided engineering services across both public and private sectors, working on a wide range of educational, commercial, medical, governmental, industrial, and municipal facilities. His expertise spans all phases of the design and construction process. Through this experience, he has developed strong leadership abilities, allowing him to manage the diverse resources necessary to ensure successful project execution. He excels in managing complex team dynamics, building cohesive teams, maintaining client relationships, and navigating sensitive contract negotiations.

Art brings a combination of leadership and technical expertise to the team. A highly respected figure in structural engineering, he is one of only 20 engineers honored by the Structural Engineers of Central California (SEAOCC) with the title of Fellow. This prestigious recognition is awarded by peers in acknowledgment of his outstanding service and accomplishments in the field.
