Dieter brings over 30 years of experience in the structural design of a wide range of buildings, including hospitals with equipment anchorage, educational facilities, correctional institutions, retail stores, juvenile detention centers, courthouses, UMB retrofits, hotels, community centers, emergency response centers, airports, fire and police stations, laboratories, and biochemical facilities.

Dieter has in-depth knowledge of California’s building codes and materials. His experience encompasses the analysis and design of complex structures, the selection and application of technical specifications for construction, as well as programming and coordination in teamwork environments. As a project manager, he has been responsible for client development, overseeing projects from initiation to completion, and preparing proposals.
