Project Management

CYS delivers design and management services for building projects by employing our reliable control systems, which are critical for efficient project oversight. The use of these systems enabled the successful management of a $161 million prison facility, completed on schedule, within budget, and with the fewest RFIs and change orders in the owner agency’s recent history.
