Location: Roseville, CA
CYS provided structural engineering services for this fast-track project consisting of 10 retail units totaling 94,400 SF and a separate structure of 6,000 SF. The shopping center was designed with a futuristic style to appeal to younger, trend-setting customers.
The project was awarded the “1997 ICS Grand Design Award” for the best new center and the “1997 Golden Nugget Award of Merit”. The Architect was Williams + Paddon Architects.
