Since 1994, CYS has supported the State of California’s Real Estate Services Division (RESD) and the Division of the State Architect (DSA) in creating and implementing their State Building Seismic Program. Our principals have also conducted firsthand investigations of earthquake damage, giving us a unique insight into potential building vulnerabilities, including some not addressed by current codes.
